I really couldn't find a name for this falls located at the Living Waters Ministry on the North Fork Of The French Broad River and perhaps it has something to do with the fact there are several small falls and cascades over a 0.2 mile stretch of river. What I really loved about this falls were all the curves and the uniform flow cascading from those curves.
Unnamed Waterfall North Fork Of The French Broad River Living Waters Ministry North Carolina Living Waters Ministry, not far south of the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina, is simply one of those places you could spend hours at. There are several falls and cascades located on a small section of the North Fork Of The French Broad River, and my favorite here is this beautiful 10 ft. waterfall I've nicknamed The Wave, since I've not been able to confirm if it has a name or not. What I love about this waterfall is it's beautiful and curvy uniform shape as it drops down on the rock and then shoots to the left. It doesn't get much better than this, that's for sure and will always be a must stop every time I'm in the area.
Moore Cove Falls Pisgah National Forest An easy .7 mile hike along a wildflower laden trail leads to this lovely little grotto and the 50 ft. tall Moore Cove Falls in Pisgah National Forest. I could seriously go on and on about how much I hate sunlight but that's neither here nor there, looks like I got a shot I like. This is another one that requires a morning visit when the sun is behind the mountain or a cloudy day, and next time I'm going to take a lot more perspectives than I did this time.
